Gyrodata
Gyrodata is an international provider of precise wellbore survey technology. Today, Gyrodata is the leading supplier of precision wellbore survey services to the energy, mining, environmental and construction industries. AllTech is a critical supplier of some of the most complex components used to increase the accuracy of the surveys Gyrodata provides. In 2010, Gyrodata surveying capabilities along with some parts manufactured at AllTech were instrumental in the rescue of the Chilean miners that were thought to be hopelessly trapped in the mine below. Gyrodata was able to pin point the location of the exact hole location to be drilled for the rescue operations.

Another project we are very proud to have been a part of with Gyrodata, was the drilling of the relief well in the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. Utilizing Gyrodata’s latest survey technology and gyroscopic hardware, the precise drilling of the relief well was accomplished. That relief well proved to be instrumental in the final sealing off of the terrible oil disaster that before seemed to have no end in sight. Again, some of the key parts involved in the guidance of the drilling were made exclusively by AllTech.

Once again AllTech has been a key supplier of critical components for the Mars Rover program. On November 26, 2011 Nasa launched the latest Rover “Curiosity” on an 8 month voyage to the planet Mars. With this and many previous Mars Rover projects AllTech parts are in deep space right now. AllTech see’s these projects as an opportunity and a privilege to help exploit our expertise.
