This part was made from 4 1/8”x 4 ¼” x 2 ¼” tall 6AL4V Titanium. Here we have another unique part with extremely difficult and detailed features. Milling and Wire EDM were the primary means to complete this part. Please look closely to appreciate that this and all of the parts we make start from a solid piece of material, and are machined according to our in-house planning in accordance to the blue print and solid models provided by our customers.
