Our wire EDM machines are considered the leader in the Industry.  Being constructed in Switzerland, they are known for being the best machines for accuracy, surface finish and repeatability.  Our machines have been specially equipped by the manufacturer to include fine wire, rotating and indexing capabilities.  Materials we can EDM range from aluminum to poly.

Our Die Sink EDM department is second to none.  They are also all Swiss machines, specifically equipped for AllTech at the factory to achieve 5 axis capabilities.  With their Agie power generator, they can achieve part finishes far better than the competition with minimal electrode wear and superior accuracy.

Our Milling department is equipped Matsuura mills.  They are Japanese-built and considered one of the best mills on the market today.   We can achieve 4 axis milling via our factory equipped Nikken rotary tables.  Our mills can hold tolerances down to +/- .0001 with superior surfaces finishes due to their rigidity and spindle quality.

Our Precision Turning department is capable of both large and small turning jobs.  We can hold tolerances down to +/- .0001 with surface finishes to 8 micro inches.  Threading, grooving, precision contours and any other difficult turning job are always welcome.  We specialize in inconel, hastelloy, titanium, stainless steels, and any other tough to machine exotic alloys.
